Dr. Stevens is an Amherst native who
has practiced internal medicine in Lorain
County for the last 28 years. He has
served as Community Health Partners’
Chairman of Pharmacy and Therapeutics
since 1994 and was the medical director
of CHP’s Hospitalist program from
1999 to 2001.
Board certified in internal medicine,
Dr. Stevens earned his medical degree
from Kirksville College of Osteopathic
Medicine, Kirksville, Missouri. He
completed his residency at Akron General
Medical Center and is a member of the
Ohio State Medical Association, Lorain
County Medical Association and the
American College of Physicians.
